This 15 ft or 4.5 meter dinghy or fishing punt was built in 2010 in the Philippines. The video describes every single step until the boat is in the water.
The purpose of this boat was to go out to the reef for diving and snorkeling. A 8 HP outboard engine was later put on it which was fine but the boat can also take a bigger one, maybe 15 HP or so.
